How to choose the correct size for Medium?

Measure your hip circumference, not your waist. Size M fits hips 75-100cm (length 115cm). If your hips are near 100cm, size up to L (100-125cm).

Will this belt slip when sitting or walking?

No. It features 8 silicone-coated anti-slip strips on the inner layer. This maximizes slip resistance, keeping it firmly in place during daily activities.

Is the material breathable and odour-free?

Yes. It uses a lightweight, 4-layer breathable design (fishnet elastic, diving cloth, meshed fabric, polyester). It is completely odour-free and comfortable for all-day wear.

How do I use the included gel pack?

Insert it into the back pocket. For cold use, freeze for at least 2 hours. For hot use, microwave for 10 seconds (add 5s intervals if more heat is required).

Is this suitable for hEDS? How to wear it?

Yes, it provides great SI joint support for hEDS. Wear it low around your hips, not your waist. Use the high tension bands to adjust stabilization.
