Well made but 2 piece?
that big nut they screw into isn't attached to the base. They work good but come apart in two pieces. I use them on either side of my small camper to stabilize it. In the fall I'm going to tack weld the nut to the base.

Outstanding extra support for under sliding glass door and wall that only a 4x4 post to carry weight , I would buy these again , saves me money and not worry about load bearing wall
