Eniva HealthLiquid Vitamin B Complex Full Spectrum for Maximum Absorption (16 oz)

So I bought a vitamins and minerals Bible book at Barnes & Noble and with sifting through it and was learning about the different vitamins and what deficiency symptoms they present. When I got to the vitamin B section I realize that I exhibit most of the deficiency symptoms for almost all of the types of vitamin B. I shouldn't have been surprised but at the same time I was struggling for months with trying to figure out what was wrong with me when the answer was right in front of me this whole time. According to the book and according to a nutrition class that I took in college liquid forms of vitamins absorb quicker and a higher percentage is absorbed compared to tablets or capsules so I knew I wanted a liquid version if possible. The book also told me that splitting up the vitamin B types in supplements versus taking a B complex would be more beneficial if you took the complex as they tend to work better together. After a few hours of shopping around and weighing my options I settled on this one and after using it for 2 to 3 weeks at dinner time I can honestly say that my mood swings have severely reduced my insomnia symptoms have severely subsided and my headaches and migraines have gone way down in number. It is a very vibrant neon yellow color and it is a very potent tropical fruit type of flavor so I personally mix a capful with a double shot of cranberry juice and chug it down quickly right before eating dinner so the tropical flavoring doesn't take over my taste buds, but you could honestly mix it with almost any juice or flavored water (just not citrus as it can impact how your supplement is absorbed). I will definitely be stocking up.

I finished the bottle. It’s seems to be a high quality product. I put it in my hydroflask and sipped all day. You’re somewhat limited by having to keep it refrigerated after opening. Some people tried it and did not like the taste. Try putting it in some soda water if it’s too strong. I’m opting for a different product this next go around to keep in my gym bag.

I can feel a difference in my energy level and I think that's because it's better absorbed than tablet vitamin B complex.
