I have seen some good results in my cholesterol test whilst taking this. I have been using it for quite a number of months now but with any red rice yeast if I feel that there is any sort of muscle tightness or cramping I come off it for a few days to a week and then go back on. I might be paranoid about potential side effects, but nothing has happened negatively and pleased with positive effects on my cholesterol which was the original reason for taking this.
