I had so much fun playing with these fusible beads. They are not just for kids. They come with multiple arranging pin shapes and as long as a child or adult can safely use an iron, they are simple to make so very many shapes. The templates fit into my palm, so each design is not too big. They string well and make a nice bracelet for both small and larger wrists. This is a fun summer project for kids and adults who love working with kids.

For some reason, these kits are being shipped in a soft envelope, which means that the plastic carrying case breaks or spills in transit every time. This is extremely frustrating when you hear beads rattling around in the bag before you even open it. Even though you know the colors will be mixed, it is unfortunate to have paid for something that is shipped so carelessly.The kit itself is great for kids who are getting started because there are a variety of colors (though they’re all mixed together) and several templates to choose from. The beads melt decently at the right temperature, and I appreciate that the kit comes with the protective paper to ensure your iron doesn’t get beads melted onto it. Lots of fun for fledgling crafters with an eye for detail.

Doesn’t come with heart hexagon or circle peg boards. Only the square!

The speed set is great for anyone who loves to craft. They melt easier than I thought they would. You don't have to press hard on the iron to get the melting to start and the beads to stick. This set also comes with a huge variety and you can pretty much make anything you can think of.

You get a ton of beads in this kit! Unfortunately, the plastic storage container they come in is of super thin plastic and breaks very very easily. The different tiers also don't fit together very well, leaving gaps that beads can fall out of if you aren't careful. The plastic dividers also don't fit well, but I don't know if they're slightly too big or slightly too small. They just don't really fit.The beads fuze well, though, and I love all the little accessories that it comes with--you can easily make keychains and more out of your creations. The best part is the booklet with all of the different projects you can make, plus you get larger pegboard in addition to the shaped ones.This is a really nice kit, but honestly save yourself some hassle and just ditch the carrying case it comes with, otherwise you'll probably end up with 11000 fuze beads all over your floor FOREVER.

The overall kit is great. Bases for working, the beads melt fine, and a good variety of colors. The case is awful. The dividers aren't molded in, so they pop out. The case and divider material are thin plastic, so there is flex and the dividers can come out easily. The unit was not well-protected so the case had popped open and beads were everywhere, making sorting a nightmare.

I'm enjoying this set! It's great to have so many different colors. The beads melt great, and the projects turn out well.The case isn't great. I've had others like this one, and they had the same problems. The dividers don't hold the beads in place well, and the cases themselves are prone to cracking.But of course, the beads are the most important part of the set, and I'm very happy with them!

Very nice kit with tons of different beads.I gave it stars because the storage box is really cheap and my boxes had damaged hinges causing the lid on one half to open and spilling in all the beads inside the package. Thankfully no beads were lost, just mixed.Aside from the cheap box, these beads are as expected. The plates for placing beads come in many different shapes and sizes that can cater to your creative needs! Would recommend.

I got the Fuse Beads Kit for Kids as I was looking for a new craft for the girls (this was there first experience with fuse beads). To bring forward the one negative, it's the storage case. It is poorly designed/made. Beads were mixed across compartments right out of the box. With a pair of tweezers and some patience, this can be overcome, but it shouldn't be needed. It is for this reason alone that I would not consider this giftable.Putting aside the box, the girls had a great time creating a variety of designs. Mom helped them with the ironing, but otherwise they did everything and loved it!
