It really works
Only one issue is that a little brush was supposed to be included but it wasn't. It takes a little time for the cream to work but that's fine.

Using daily for best results
For a long time I struggled with two stains on my dog. This works very well if you use it daily, I have noticed a huge difference since using it. It works best if you use it every day.

Effective Tear‑Stain Balm, But Requires Consistent Effort
We’ve tried a handful of tear‑stain supplements over the years, and while some helped a little, none worked as reliably as this balm. It definitely does what it claims — but it takes nightly consistency to get the best results. You have to clean the eyes and apply the balm each evening, so it’s more hands‑on than a supplement you just add to food. The good news is that a little goes a long way. Even with daily use, the container lasts quite a while, and once you get into the routine, it’s manageable. For us, the results have been worth the extra effort. My only real complaint is the included brush. The bristles kept coming loose, and after reglueing them a couple of times, I eventually gave up and switched to using a clean q‑tip each night. That worked much better. Overall, if you’re willing to put in a few minutes each evening, this balm outperforms most supplement‑based options we’ve tried.
