YES. Be aware that the wood is fairly thin- while the finished item is strong and has plenty of weight, pressing out needs care and it's also a good idea to follow the order of doing things that the kit sheets recommend. Also not too hard to make modifications of your own- I put in a staircase to the loft, and roof beams. The kitchen got an aga and that fireplace went in the bedroom above. Plenty of work but rewarding. My six-year-old grandaughter loved it and plays with it a lot.

Q: Are shingles included?

In my kit, I ordered for Christmas last year 2014, the shingles were included and there were plenty left over as well.

Q: What size is this house assembled?

I've built 3 of these but I don't have any here now. The size is roughly 27" wide X 16" deep X 25" high. This is quite a nice house when done but it's a little tricky to build.

Q: Are the parts laser cut?

The kit I received was very poorly cut on plywood that was not well-made. In breaking out the pieces, which was very difficult, I often broke things in the wrong places and the plywood layers would often fall apart. I am a careful person. I put this dollhouse on the curb when I was about 80% done. I found 2 kits at Real Good Toys and my granddaughters are enjoying playing with them as much as I enjoyed making them!
