Warranty vicious circle with no end when two pairs each broke in the same place after three months,
The headset is great when it comes to audio and mic quality, comfort. Really like it! I like it so much that when the headband broke just above one ear after only three months of use, I bought them again when the warranty hellscape endlessness failed. Then those broke too, the exact same way also within just a few months. And I was treating them like they were made of glass. So careful, these are fragile. Didn't matter, they broke so easily. I don't even know how. Here's the problem. Roccat's website directs you to Turtle Beach, who owns Roccat, for the warranty process. Turtle Beach, after several emails during which the person on the other end is saying Roccat? New phone who dis? They are astonished you would go to one company for a warranty clam with another company's item. This is not their problem, they will say, please contact Roccat. Roccat will respond very promptly by sending you to Turtle Beach. So. These break along the headband very easily and there is no warranty.

One of the most comfortable headsets I've worn.
I'm not quite sure why so many negative reviews on this headset. I've been collecting headsets for around 5-6 years now and own many brands from budget all the way to costing well over $300.00 a pair. And out of the box, I've got to say that these are very comfortable with very soft ear cushions. My ears make no contact whatsoever to the inside of the drivers. Also, I play on console, and the volume gets plenty loud enough, and the sound quality is absolutely fantastic. If I had to knit pick only one thing, would be I would have liked the cord to be much shorter. It's pretty long, and to have it plugged into my controller, you'll have to bunch up the cord in your lap, which for me can get irritating. Other than that, these are well worth the money. I can't understand why people complain about the build. I mean just take care of your product and don't strain any parts, and you'll be just fine.

Fit and work great... For a while....
This was originally one of the best headsets I ever purchased. Then the plastic piece broke. It looks like nearly all of the bad reviews on this issue are for this exact reason. There is a thin piece of plastic below the metal slide rail above either ear piece. It breaks very easily. 3 of my friends all got this at the same time. Theirs broke within the first 4 to 5 months on both sides. Mine lasted longer I made it 10 months and then both broke within a day of each other. This is only a good headset if you are willing to spend $100 bucks for a disposable product. I have $30 Corsairs that have been perfect for over 4 years that I use WAY more then these with no issues.

Sound is great, design is terrible...
There is a loose screw that keeps making a rolling noise inside right ear, and I can't open it because I fear I might make it worse...Don't really like the product when I can't move my head while using it...

Needs improved durability otherwise great product.
The plastic/metal band that slides out to extende the size of the headphones has broken after only 3 months.

Great Audio, very comfortable
The headphones have great audio quality, and sits extremely comfortable. the finishing on the ear pads and head band is a leather-like material that makes it easy to clean. The only downside for me, is the location of the volume control, on the back of the left ear cup, and its very sensitive, will change volume quite easily when touching something.

broke after a few months
The plastic piece that holds the metal headband in place broke after a few months and now the ear piece will not stay in place. I've submitted a question to ROCCAT about returning for repair. I will update this review if they stand behind their product and replace or repair the headphones.

Bad headset stay clear.
I got this in march 2018 and now May and the right side above the earcup snap so now it hangs a bit. Before that it sounded good.Update Now June and after removing headset from my head the other side snapped. I duct tape left gotta do the same to the right side now so both sides are broken. Bad headset stay clear. I bought this initially because of the sound range just didn't expect the bad build quaility.
