So comfortable I forget to take them off
I tried Xero a few years ago and didn't like them. I decided to try them again, and they've really improved. They're definitely wide toe box shoes, but they still look normal and I get compliments on them when I'm out. They're the most comfortable shoes I own.

Very Nice Slip-On Barefoot Shoes
I wear a men's 13 and ordered a size 13. They fit me very well and look great. They are comfortable and have good sole traction. These are high quality as well.

The left one is great.
I'm a size 13. I ordered 13s. The left shoe fits great. The right shoe is so narrow and tight that I can't get my foot into it (even though it's labeled a size 13).This is not an anatomical issue on my part.My feet are the same size. Like most people, I've been wearing shoes my whole life, and I've never experienced this.Having said that, the left one (that fits) is nice. But for obvious reasons I haven't spent much time walking around in it.

mixed bag.
Let me start off by saying what Xero gets right with this shoe and their other shoes too: the amount of cushion. These are "barefoot" shoes, or "minimalist" shoes, which means they are supposed to mostly be un-cushioned. But many brands have nothing more than a thin piece of plastic separating your foot from the pavement and while this might feel liberating at first, in my experience, it eventually feels punishing and terrible. I have been wearing these types of shoes for close to 15 years, and even after all that time I prefer just a touch of cushion for most activities. I live in a city and pavement and concrete are punishing at some point. These shoes offer just a few millimeters of padding, making them quite comfortable for this type of shoe, while still providing great ground-feel. In my opinion, this brand is the goldilocks of minimalist footwear: just right.Where this shoe goes terribly wrong: I have a narrow foot. Most barefoot shoes are so wide my feet swim in them and do not touch any part of the shoe--which is fine; this does not cause problems, and in fact I love that sensation of not even really feeling the shoe. I tell you this because in this particular shoe, my toes are ALMOST squeezed by the toe-box, which is shocking coming from a barefoot shoe company, which proclaims to be foot-shaped, wide and spacious. These are more narrow than many mainstream shoes, which do not purport to be foot-shaped or minimalist (I have a pair of New Balance running shoes in normal width that are MUCH wider than this shoe). Practically speaking, this is almost like a regular slip-on pair of Van's, without the weight or extra padding. This is utterly confounding.Xero made a different version of this shoe a couple of years ago--slip on, Vans adjacent--but it was VERY wide. The way you'd expect. This version actually looks much nicer and seems to be of higher quality, but I am perplexed why they would make it so narrow.I am keeping the shoe because of its good qualities, and I am writing this review only to spare those men with wide or even normal-wide feet: this shoe will not fit you. And also to warn the barefoot purists: you, actually, will loathe this shoe.

Pretty good shoe
Simple durable slip-on shoe. It's barefoot so don't expect any cushion. Can wear without socks

What happened?
I own two pairs of Xero shoes (Including an older canvas slip-on version that was all I wore crossing the Atlantic ocean on a sailboat) and I love them. They're comfortable, well made and fit like a glove. Was looking forward to receiving these. They look great, but they are so incredibly narrow I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe. I had to check the size to make sure I'd gotten the right shoes, which I had.Not sure what the design team at Xero was thinking but they botched this one.
