Life Changing
My house has ALL wood, bamboo and tile floors. I've said over the years that I wanted a maid to come in and just do the floors. A pregnancy injury left me in pain most of the time and floors are really hard for me. I started with a robot vacuume that I love love love. Next I wanted an electric mop. After reading all the reviews, the corded plug in Shark Hydrovac is what I bought. I am reading poor reviews here under this product, but they continually mention the weak battery. My review is for the corded plug in vacuume not a cordless model. My floors have never been cleaner. I used the vacuume over the course of two days and about 10 hours for an initial clean. The bamboo floor is only six years old and sealed. That floor was so easy to clean, although I still cleaned it three times over since it hasn't been cleaned in over six months. The kitchen tile was super easy too, although it doesn't reach the grout, my daughter is young and took on the challenge to clean the grout with a nifty grout brush I found. The hard part to clean is the 30 year old wood floors with areas where the seal is worn off. We bought the house from someone who's dogs had scratched the floors and wore off the finish in high traffic areas. This was the hard part to clean the first time. I did the same as with the bamboo and cleaned it the times over. After it was done, I realized there were areas of built up dirt on the unsealed areas I had not been getting clean. I decided to go back and clean this area by hand with a scrub brush to get it where I wanted. After that the floors have been a snap to keep clean. I've put in about 20 hours with the vacuume so far and have had zero problems. Some reviews say you can't vacuume and mop together. I didn't even try that. I vacuume with the robot first, then mop. I don't want to risk scratching the floor with a gritty mop. It is super easy to clean. The clean tank chines right out with the push of a button. The dirty tank is the same way. I dump it in the sink, rinse it and either use it again or put it on a towel to drain and dry. There is a sponge on the filter that I rinse and squeeze and put on the towel to dry. The beater bar comes out easily. I rinse under the faucet in the kitchen sink and squeeze by grabbing the bar and turning it around with the other hand. Again, I either put it back on the mop to keep cleaning or leave it on its end to dry on the towel. The vacuume without the beater bar and without the dirty tank, has a very short tube between the two that cleans easily with a bottle brush that is not included, but I already own it. All these parts are removable and replaceable with one hand. I find it easy to use, easy to empty the dirty tank and easy to refill the clean tank. The mop has a self clean feature that works pretty well, but I found that it is easy enough to clean it the way I described above and decided that is rather care for it myself and allow the parts to all dry completely. I've had zero issues with mold or a moldy smell. My floors are cleaner than they have been in years and are easy to maintain after the initial clean I have them. Note, I have a corgi dog that sheds all year. The robot vacuume and the Shark mop have changed my life. I don't leave the house covered in fur anymore. Once a week I vacuume and mop, or one other day in between if we are all off work for holidays and tracking more dust and dirt. Everyone in the house is impressed with his easily the floor is kept in a very clean and neat state. Along with the robot vacuume, this mop is the best investment I've made in householt cleaning tools, ever.

A terrific machine at a reasonable price. Works very well
I am so pleased with this vac that I have to pass the word. ( Previously , I purchased a Bissel Pet Pro Crosswave. It only worked for about a dozen uses. It left quite a bit of water on the floor too. Cleaning it was gross but I was sure to do it properly each time.) I am the owner of 3 different SHARK vacs and they're all terrific for their type of machine. The MESSMASTER works just as I'd hoped. Good suction for cleaning solution, good brush action for soil too. My floor looks great. The cherry on top is the "auto clean" feature. WOW. A big time saver and the brush roll looks clean. I am leaving the brush open along with the solution container to air dry. SHARK is the better appliance.

Amazing yet extra booster didn’t work. Loved it!
I got this mop and it did not work. I was really impressed with the mop cover! It really works and I almost kept it as it the cloth cover and the weight of the mop helped clean a lot. I would have given anything for it to have worked! The extra steam booster did not work. But I use a real mop generally, but this brought up dirt i couldn’t believe! I’m considering ordering another with the hopes the extra steam booster works. The cloth is amazing!!! It’s heavy, but that just adds to the cleaning.

User friendly but...
Excellent, user-friendly steam mop. My only complaint is that Shark dropped the ball by not creating a way for it to stand up. I have a large open living area, and when I'm cleaning and need to unplug to go to another outlet, I have to take the mop with me to lean it against the wall. Even with that, it still doesn't always stay up, and I am always worried it will scrape the wall. It's also inconvenient for storing the mop. My other complaint is that there is no on/off button! To turn the mop off, you have to unplug it, which is inconvenient. I typically have to walk on the floors I just cleaned when they are still damp, to unplug the mop to turn it off. A big oversight! I'm learning to be more strategic about the process so I don't have to walk on damp, clean floors, but seriously, what an error in design. Now, aside from that, I love this mop. It heats up quickly, and it's easy to add more water using the provided container. I find the cord length suitable for my home, but I have a lot of outlets. If you don't have many outlets, the cord length might be too short. My favorite feature is the reversible, detachable mop heads! So handy when they are all used up and filled with dirt, and believe me, they will be dirty because this mop works so well! I also love the fact that I don't need to buy a separate floor cleaner. Just let the water heat up, and you won't be disappointed! I highly recommend this steam mop if the two things I mentioned aren't an issue for you. I've adjusted, but if Shark creates another mop that stands up and has an on/off button, I'd buy another one without hesitation! Don't forget to buy additional mop heads! You may go through a couple when cleaning because they get dirty fast, and I don't have kids or pets! Happy Cleaning!

Shark wet dry vacuum
This thing is great!!!! Cleans the floor very well and dryer fast too! Easy to use and well worth the price!!!! It's a great deal better than any mop! No messy dirty water nor wringing out a nasty mop!! I really recommend this machine for your home!! I have a home with no carpet in the house at all and this does the trick!! Buy it, you won't be disappointed!!

Shark is great!!
I love it!! It does one large room before the battery needs to be charged, but that doesn’t bother me!!! It does a great job! The best part is that it self cleans!!! It was my choice for a Christmas present!!! 💝

Exceeds my expectations
This exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant on purchasing a cordless cleaner, but it turns out this size is perfect for cleaning a few rooms, then run the self clean cycle and recharge. Easy to maneuver, and lightweight. While I was washing my kitchen floors, my husband dropped a unopened soda bottle in the entrance of our home. I was able to quickly grab my cordless cleaner to clean up the mess and it was so effortless as I didn't have to find an outlet to plug in. I quickly mopping my hardwood floors and it did not leave any soda sticky residue. I am impressed with the self cleaning cycle too.

Loved but not without serious faults
I love my wet vac but there is serious flaws with the system. •The most obvious one will be their proprietary cleaning solution, the solution works great but is very expensive, hard to find in stock, and difficult to substitute with home mixtures. Note that using a solution other than their proprietary blend can cause issues with your appliance like forming a mineral scab over the inlet where the tank is inserted (its an easy fix if you know about it). •The second issue, which is serious, is the sensors faulting and causing your appliance to stop working until you disassemble the whole thing and splice together some wires AS A WORK AROUND, not a fix. The vacuum is very useful and its saved me plenty of time and labor but the issues mentioned above would likely prevent me from buying again. For the design team, you should skip out on the proprietary cleaning solution requirement, or make a common house hold mixture table for the consumer, and of course you must fix that sensor issue or perhaps add a port to the appliance that allows one to get logs on the failed components for easy troubleshooting
