Generic Arctic Air for R12 w/Charging Hose (2 Can Kit), ES12AH2

This is a good product for older autos with R12 systems. It is legal for sale and use in California and branded R12A, which is synthetic. It works fine, and I am happy with it; I service all my auto A/C systems.

I see reviews here and on eBay only 4 oz Cry Me a River. Because of the mixture of this compound and the nature of the mixture you don't need as much my compressor was cycling every 2 or 3 seconds maybe faster one can one can stop the cycling and brought it ice cold! So I have an extra can now for whenever I need it in the distant future. Keep in mind you do not want to turn the can upside down and dump liquid into the dryer or compressor keep it upright and go horizontal every two or three seconds just to keep the mixture Shook Up. It takes a few minutes to empty the whole can but hold it in your hands till it's warm then you know it's ready to rock. If it's still cycling you'll have to do another can. It's not rocket science if you're doing this you know what you're doing LOL I hope

I'll start off by saying yes it works in an r12 system... but its basically a rip off. Judging by the images it looks like a standard 12oz can. I was very disappointed when it arrived and it was only 4oz of refrigerant in a 12oz can so i wound up very short on refrigerant. So to get 1lb of refrigerant you need 3 cans and with what I spent on this I could have dang near converted it to r134a for a little more. Won't be purchasing more to fill the rest of my system. I'll just retrofit it

Worked well in my 93 ford PU. I was surprised to find it. 2 cans recharged my system. So I bought 2 more.

Worked great on my 85 truck

Works great since we nolonger can get R12 for my van.

The charger would not fit the cans that came on, so I just wasted my money
