FILMEXT Surface Laptop Go 12.4 inch Screen Protector

Absolutely thrilled with this product. I have 2010 & 2011 MBPs with matte screens, and I refused to upgrade for years because I am extremely photophobic and I knew the retina screen would not play nicely with my eyes. I finally had to bite the bullet this year, since I was no longer able to run all the software I needed. Grr. The retina screen is sharp and beautiful, for sure, but OH MY GOD the glare. Work outside? Forget it. Window behind your desk? Sucks to be you. Light next to your screen? Bummer. I resorted to angling the screen down most the time so that the top was almost halfway closed. And then I had to slouch a bit to see the screen. Ridiculous. WHY, OH WHY, WON'T APPLE MAKE THE MATTE SCREEN FOR THOSE OF US WHO NEED ONE? And yeah, I know the glossy is sharper, but I like my eyes a lot more than I like having a zillion glossy pixels burning holes in them. But I digress. I was very disgruntled for the first week or so of owning my MBP, and my eyes were not happy. Enter this beautiful screen protector. Despite the other positive reviews, I was skeptical that it would be easy to install, but it was, BY FAR, the easiest screen protector I've ever put on (including iPads, iPhones...). No bubbles. Lined up perfectly. Less than five minutes from package opening to successful install. There is a slight loss of clarity, but I expected that, and I don't find it distracting at all. And it will never quite match the perfection of a unibody matte screen, but it’s close enough that I no longer curse my new MBP. The only negative that I can see is that I have to set the monitor about one or two brightness levels higher to compensate for the additional layer—it adds a sort of translucent gray quality to the screen that goes away by bumping the brightness a notch or two. AND I CAN SEE MY SCREEN AGAIN! No more funky angles and constantly repositioning the screen as the light changes. No more slouching to see the screen. Way less eye strain. You'd think that after spending three grand on a computer, you wouldn't need to spend another $25 to fix it (ARE YOU LISTENING, APPLE?!), but this was money well spent!!

Works very nicely to reduce glare when working outside. They include a few microfiber cloths to clean the screen, and film alignment stickers. I wanted to point out that their video instructions here on Amazon do show how to use those stickers to put the screen protector on in a highly precise way, while the written instructions don't explain what the stickers are for. It adheres to the MacBook Pro screen very nicely. No air bubbles that I can see. Fit is about 98-99% perfect - definitely good enough for a 9 year old laptop at this point!

This is by far far far, the easiest screen protector to install that I've ever used, especially on a huge 15-inch screen area. Well, it's even easier if you install it before you "contaminate" your MacBook screen; when machine just came out of the white box. No screen cleaning steps would be needed. Just carefully line up the camera notch and top edge (with supplied stickers), peel off the back sheet, and let it fall onto the screen slowly. Gently press the periphery around the screen to make sure the protector is secured, then peel off the front cover sheet. No bubbles to chase out, no debris caught under the protector, and no messy fingers. That it! It may cost a few more dollars, but really worthy. The plastic sheet is quite sturdy, should function as a real screen "protector".

Works great and exactly as advertised. Was indeed "bubble-free," anti-glare, and blue light filtering, and with the mega-sized microfiber cloth they send with it it made installation VERY easy. I just wiped the screen as we were placing it on and voila! My only "gripe," if you can call it that, is that there's an ever so slight "haze" that is particularly noticeable when the screen is white and makes my Macbook screen seem downgraded. However, turning up the brightness seems to help and all the pros that come with it, particularly in regards to anti-glare and fingerprints, definitely outweigh the single con. Would definitely buy again.

This screen protector fits my MacBook Pro 16-inch perfectly. Installation was super easy, and I had no bubbles at all. The screen still looks crystal clear and feels smooth to use. Great quality and definitely worth the price. Highly recommend if you want an easy, hassle-free screen protector!

I put three long scratches on the right side of my newish MacBook Pro 16 screen trying to clean a smudge with my shirt cuff and catching my sleeve's button as I did so. I got this screen protector both to obscure the scratches and to prortech from further scratching. It's fairly good at lessening the glare of the screen, and thus the visibility of the scratches. In some respects, the protector messes with the clarity of the entire screen enough by making it matte to diminish the visibility of the scratches. But it works. The protector went on absolutely easily. I lined up the top and it fell into place so easily I though I'd made a mistake. I'm very pleased with the ease of installation and pretty pleased with the protection afforded. If I didn't have the scratches I wouldn't like the protector's effect on clarity, but with the scratches I like the way they're camouflaged by the matte protector.

This is a good product. It may well block the blue light but how does one tell? It fits nearly perfectly and was a simple install. It looks nice and you don't notice it is there. Important for installation: Power off your Mac to clearly see the screen. Clean it well and use the dust tape. Everything you need to perform this is included. My issue is the lack of clarity, hiding the beauty of that spendy MacBook Pro Max screen. It seems more mat and slightly dull which you would think would reduce glare, but I have found that not true. You will likely enjoy this product if high clarity isn't a concern. Note, that it is not a tempered glass protector and will protect against minor scratches, minor splashes, and the junk of everyday use. A Zagg tempered glass with blue light blocking and its highly regarded impact and crack protection was what I was really hoping for. That is on me for haste and not reading the details well enough. This product is AMAZING! For comparison, I tried a different screen protector previously, but it ended up causing more problems than actual protection. The other screen protector didn't apply properly and upon trying to take it off, it damaged the screen (chipped the corner of the glass). At this point, I was convinced that a screen protector wasn't worth it, but then I found THIS product! I was blown away. For starters, it has ZERO bubbles... zero. It comes with all of the tools necessary to apply properly, and it even includes a larger cloth for cleaning the screen in the future. The film fits the screen perfectly (13-in Apple Macbook Air M2 (2022). Don't even get me started about the black border! Not only does it fit the screen perfectly, but it actually helped hide the chip in the corner of my screen, so it makes my screen look better than before applying it! The quality of the image through the film is perfect. The film is not terribly matte- it's just enough to look nice but not alter the quality of the original screen. Not to mention, the added benefit of a blue light filter makes this product even better. I don't think anything could make this product better. It solved my initial problem of trying to protect my screen but also solved the additional problem of helping improve its appearance to cover the chip. The product was packed perfectly so that it wouldn't be bent in the mail. I couldn't be more happy!

This screen protector does an excellent job of reducing reflections and glare it protects your eyes. I’ve tried other antiglare screen protectors in the past, but they often made my screen look a bit pixelated. However, this one is incredibly smooth and doesn’t compromise the sharpness of the display at all. The difference was noticeable immediately! The installation process was a breeze no bubbles, no hassle. On top of that, the seller was fantastic. They were quick to reach out and offer support, ensuring I was satisfied and willing to fix any issues. That extra level of care really stood out to me. As for the screen itself, it’s stunningly clear and beautiful. I’m so impressed that I’ll definitely be purchasing this protector for my other laptop and iPad. Highly recommended!

It’s not stick to the screen.

Las instrucciones que incluye no son muy claras pero lo gogleé y el primer tutorial en video sirvió. Sí ayuda a atenuar el brillo de las luces, justo tengo un foco a mis espaldas y era muy molesto al trabajar. Opaca un poco la pantalla de la mac pero no tengo problema por eso, cumple su función.

Encajo perfecto en toda la pantalla, fui muy cuidadoso al colocarlo para no tener polvo y quedo perfecto, tiene muy buena calidad y el ant-ireflejante es perfecto. 5 Estrellas! Excelente producto!!!

Soy muy "picky" con este tipo de cosas. Pelas, instalas, LISTO!!! Excelente visibilidad y aspecto, muy elegante y agradable a la vista.
