Product doesn’t work
We purchased a name for our child’s birthday and received the package intact. Nothing worked but the tail end of the name and cost us $63. There isn’t an option for an exchange or a return I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

So far, so good! Super cute and easy to hang! The dimmer is very nice to have as the light can be very bright if needed! My daughter loves it and ordering one for my other daughter.

Great Quality and Fast
Ordered a new sign for our office. Came in the mail much faster than I expected considering it’s custom made and all! Very well packaged and well worth it for the price. The sign was wrapping in cellophane to prevent scratches, so the acrylic backboard was perfect. The sign is super bright. It also came with all the screws and harness compartments (more than I could ever imagine needing) for hanging/mounting. The attention to details is pretty amazing. Definitely recommend. Will probably get a bigger one for our film shoots soon too.

Sucks
Received my neon sign in timely manner, BUT the name is misspelled! I double checked the order for accuracy again. It was spelled correctly on the order but came in missing an “i”! This item is NOT returnable. BUYER BEWARE
