Use diluted at a rate of 10 to 20 ml per litre of water (1 to 2 caps) and pour the diluted solution over the hot stones of the stove. Never use pure essential oils in a sauna. As they are greasy substances, they will burn instantly and leave a layer causing harmful fumes on the lava stones
