2. Please ensure an up to date Mobile Phone Number is used at checkout. Our couriers will text the day before delivery with an estimated 4 hour time delivery slot. Please ensure that somebody is available to sign for the goods when delivery is made as re-delivery charges may apply.
3. If there are visible signs of damage to the packaging whilst being delivered then please refuse the delivery and please contact us as soon as possible. With all damage claims we request photos so that we can assess the nature of the damage & rectify this for you.
