Being aware of the effects of arginine, I don't know if I'm experiencing what I'd purchased it for (a return to better wood, any time of day) but there may be a slight improvement in exercise tolerance. Time will tell...

Fantastic value for money, I take for health reasons and I can tell theirs a difference between when taking and not , I take well over the stated recommended dose but compared to similar products the quality is great and effective other products I would have to take 10x the amount to equal this product,

L'arginine est un produit reconnu dans le monde de la muscu depuis des dizaines d'années, à l'époque on pouvait se procurer de l'arginine glutamique en pharmacie. Quelques grammes par jour suffisent et ces gélules sont suffisamment dosées et végan ce qui est un plus (pour avoir vu comment et avec quoi est fabriquée la gélatine bovine, je préfère éviter). Par ailleurs ces gélules, un poil trop grosses à mon goût et qu'il vaut mieux avaler avec du liquide, ont l'énorme avantage qu'on n'a pas à subir le goût absolument atroce de l'arginine en poudre (pour avoir goûté le contenu d'une gélule, c'en est bien et plutôt concentré). Très content donc d'avoir trouvé ce produit.
