Ideal for those who need to increase their fibre intake.Do remember to take with lots of water to get the full effect.I find these to be helpful with my overactive bowel, the fibre does bulk everything out and slow it down.2 tablets a day = 45 days worth for £9.99 is a good price.

Packaging is a lie, whole product is a lie. Claims 5000mg of husk when in reality it’s husk extract? Meaningless when the whole point of the product is to consume fibre volume. You can’t concentrate up something that works due to the sheer volume of the thing you’re consuming. Once again another scam
