Why did i receive an empty box?

One of the stabilizer bars broke already and it hasn't even been a year, how do I get it replaced

They're really easy to replace by yourself. I installed some on my saturn vue in about 20 minutes. All you need is a cordless impact drill, a 3/8" socket bit, the correct size socket for the fastener (17mm if I remember correctly) and a jack. You can replace them without removing the tires.
