Denon AVRX3400H 7.2 Channel Full 4K Ultra HD Network AV Receiver with HEOS black, Compatible with Alexa (Renewed)

I LOVE this receiver. I have an Alexa Echo (2nd Gen) right next to it and i can control most functions verbally. IT's great. The HEOS an Internet Radio still needs to be worked out. I hate that i have to connect all my accounts in the app on my phone. They made it overly complicated. And, there are streaming services missing such as the popular "radio.com" (which is really kinda taking over TuneIn). I emailed customer service and got a reply from a real person but it was also canned. Therefore, to really get what i want, i haw to connect to stereo to Alexa. Other than this... the unit sounds great! It's easy to control and set up. The price was very right for how much machine one really does get! On the main display it shows the temp of the unit itself. For some reason, i can't figure out how to change it from C to Fahrenheit. I like things easy. setting up the sound stage using the wizard was great. Took only a few minutes, i just had to hold the MIC. I has all the connections for all my equipment - HDMI - DTV/Cable, Blueray, DVD, Roku, PS4, X360, and 2 Outs, i use 1 for the TV. For whatever reason, i have not tried the X360 yet so jury is out on that connection. Although i have a lot of Alexa Amazon Echo's... i look forward to getting HEOS speakers and sing that system too.The only "bug" i found so far... if you use an Amazon Connect for your phone... every time it rings/a call comes in... it turns on the Denon Stereo and switches the input to Bluetooth. No idea why. Fortunately, turns out i removed the Amazon Connect device. It was a lot cooler reading about it than actually using it. LOL. So removing it from our system was nice actually, and that fixed the input on the Denon. It was weird... we'd come along and the stereo was always on and always set to Bluetooth. At least we figured it out.Thanks.

This receiver is outstanding and for a reasonable price, too! It up-converts to 4k, so the picture for regular cable TV is great! We run a 7.1 Atmos surround and it's kicking. The setup is super easy, too.Just as a heads up, you need to have all 4k HDMI cables in order for it to work properly.

High quality at this price point. Very good sound through my Elacs. I use it mostly for movies, gaming, and Bluetooth radio. Once a figured out the settings I liked for each, I just leave it. The remote has dedicated buttons. Happy I purchased this product from Denon.

Great receiver and powers my SVS speakers nicely. Only complaint is it’s quiet confusing for someone who is a first time receiver owner/buyer.

My first Denon I previously always went for pioneer recievers but the price value on this was too good to turn away from. Very good sound! I still feellike my Pioneer had more warmth feeling in the sound overall compared to the Denon thats why i gave 4 star not 5 but alot of tgat has to do with sound preference.
