Decent Taste and Very Effective
**The Promise:** Canaberry Spring Energy Gel claims to provide sustained energy and focus, thanks to a blend of natural ingredients including caffeine and electrolytes.**The Verdict:** While the gel delivers on its promise of a sustained energy boost, its flavor and texture present some challenges.**Pros:*** Sustained Energy: This gel truly delivers on its promise of a sustained energy boost. You'll feel the effects kick in within minutes and they last for a significant period, making it ideal for long workouts or demanding tasks.* Natural Ingredients: The blend of caffeine and electrolytes feels clean and refreshing, free from artificial flavors and sweeteners.**Cons:*** Flavor: The Canaberry flavor is a bit of an acquired taste. It's not overly sweet, but it has a slightly earthy aftertaste that may not appeal to everyone.* Texture: The gel is quite thick and can be a bit sticky. It takes some effort to chew and swallow, especially for those who prefer a smooth, easy-to-consume gel.**Overall:**Canaberry Spring Energy Gel is a solid choice for those seeking a natural, sustained energy boost with a focus-enhancing effect. However, the flavor and texture may not be for everyone. If you're open to trying something different, this gel might be worth giving a shot. I am a distance runner and have used a lot of different gels. I have used GU and Honey Stingers and I would say that Spring is far more superior in taste and effectiveness. Yes the flavor isn't all there, but we can all agree that almost all gels have an acquired taste.**Recommendation:**If you're looking for a clean energy boost with a focus-enhancing effect, and are comfortable with the flavor and texture, Canaberry Spring Energy Gel is a good option. However, if you prefer a sweeter, less-earthy flavor, you might want to explore other energy gel brands.

Work perfectly - great for long runs.
These are my go-to for long runs. The consistency takes some getting used to but the flavor and impact is spot on. Just don’t think about popping zits when you eat these!!

TASTES LIKE IVORY SOAP!
I purchased canaberry, long haul & koffee and all three tasted fine for .72 second before the over powering and persistent taste of IVORY SOAP floods my mouth. I tried chasing it with mint liquor and it barely made a dent in the feeling, taste and sensation of ivory soap in my mouth and nose. Reminds me of the time as a kid when as punishment I got my mouth washed with ivory, if you like that sort of taste, this is for you. I had my wife and two kids try in case it was me. While my wife and son were trying to place the after taste and before I could say one word, my daughter blurted out, on the way to the sink----SOAP!!!!

My favorite gel so far!
I've gone through more gels than I could feasibly count. All different types. More natural vs. more processed. I just don't love them and they get old quickly in a marathon. Usually by mile 15 I am craving real food and quite hungry. These do much better for that when I combine then with the Long Haul gel's from Spring. Although I strongly prefer the Cannaberry consistency and flavor, I find after mile 15 these start to be not as appealing. The ingredients are a big step up from many brands though - so a full 5 stars from me. Also I need less of these than other gels which is also a plus as having to use less means less GI issues - although I have had zero from this gel. 5 Stars reflects more natural components, easy to use and digest, no GI upset, and the fact they give me a good mix of energy without crashing.

Great fresh natural flavor, incorrect nutritional information.
The taste and flavor is amazing. My absolute favorite. It tastes fresh and natural not like it was made in a lab with chemicals. However, it actually contains ~40% of the nutritional value that it is supposed to. So just keep that in mind when comparing size and price, that you need to consume three of these to every one of the competitors gels.

These are the best gels
These are absolutely the best gels I have tried, you don’t take a little bit and feel like you’re going to gag. You can take it comfortably without needing constant swigs of water, it’s like a strawberry banana and the consistency is like a strawberry smoothie. Absolutely love! They do not mess up my stomach at all, I know these are more expensive but you get what you pay for. I buy these over and over, I’ve tried the other ones by spring too but this is my go to.

The best by FAR!
Ok I have been a distance runner for years and I have been a diehard GU fan for my race supplements. I took a chance a few years back on the Spring line and I am a fan for life. The energy is balanced, goes down easy and tastes great! The CANABERRY is my favorite and is a staple in my runners kit. Do yourself a favor and get this supplement!

Easy on the tummy
Great gels, none of the added crap that most gels contain. I’ve completed 7x ultra marathons this year using a mix of these and huma, worked great. Sometimes the mixture gets clumpy- I’d make sure to massage the gel before a race
