Recently, I've had some low back pain after sleeping or sitting too long. I'm not sure if it's from a new exercise routine, my age (I just turned 55), or from a fall I recently had. Could be all of the above. I've tried stretching and it would sometimes help, but this pillow has been amazing. I have used it for about a week now and I wake up fully refreshed and without any pain!!! It's the perfect size (not too thick, not too thin) and shape (long enough for me to turn from side to back to other side) for the curve of my low back and I can use it to support my waist since I'm a side sleeper. It also has a cooling gel that's perfect for keeping me cool at night. It's soft, but with just the right amount of support. I couldn't live without it!!!

This pillow is nothing short but awesome. As a person who maintains fitness and wellness through running and weight training, I've encountered a few muscle strains in my Lumber area from time to time. Part of the issue is over use of the lower back muscles and not allowing adequate recovery time. This pillow is gentle, firm, and the gel pads are awesome. After struggling with sleep over the last 1-2 months because of Lumber issues, I have immediately seen results from this pillow. This pillow adds support and shape to my Lumber area and adds comfort while I sleep at night. If used as intended, this product can be beneficial. I've only had this for a week or so. I use it while I sleep. It does seem to provide some relief for lower back pain. I have found it most effective when i place it under my legs, just above the knees. I've never tried another lumbar pillow, so I haves no real comparison, but it does seem to provide some relief and better sleep in my case.

My morning, back stiffness and pain is finally gone! I had very low expectations of this product, but it turns out it is exactly what I’ve been needing for a year. I’m mattress dips in the center so my back would be so tight in the morning. Sometimes it would be hard to bend my back for the first few minutes, but not anymore since I bought this a few days ago. I mainly sleep on my side, but sometimes on my back. The gel pockets are really nice and cooling. It’s great with this hot Texas weather. This product is a great value.

This is an interesting Lumbar Support Pillow but I didn't find it very helpful. I might have been using it wrong and will try again in the next few weeks. I found it uncomfortable, the cooling gel is too hard and it didn't help my back pain. I'm not great at sleeping and this was just irritating. I'm not giving up on it yet.
