This might work great for some people, but my teeth moved too easily and after just a few nights my top and bottom teeth were hitting. It was easy to use, light and fairly comfortable. Not bulky at all. However, because it's not a "boil and bite" style that conforms to your teeth, it pushed back on just the front teeth in the top and lower jaw in order to move the lower jaw forward. It did a good job at that, but the pressure on my teeth was very painful by morning, and my teeth moved too much.

This product does slightly help reduce the severity of snoring however it does not stop it completely. I have used the 2mm and 6mm both. The 6mm is such a large shift that my lower jaw will come out of the recessed area. I feel that if there were a 4mm shift piece it would work perfectly for what I am experiencing. I went from 2-3 hours of snoring a night to .5 - .75 hours of snoring with the 2mm and 1 - 1.5 hours in the 6mm and that is probably because of the slipping out of the mouth piece and reverting the jaw to the original position.

Both hubby and I still snored. Hubby did not like it and tried for 3 nights, then gave up. I used it for about 1 month then my rear teeth went through the guard and couldn't use it anymore. Really disappointed as it was not inexpensive. The cleanser is nice. Has a soft minty taste to it that refreshes and cleans the guard.

Stage one unfortunately didn’t eliminate snoring, just lowered volume a bit. Stage two worked!! I had to treat it like a mouth guard and put it in boiling water for a minute then bite down hard as it was only pushing on a single tooth, felt like I had a fish hook pulling. After I formed it no issues. After a few weeks I almost forgot it’s there. My wife is very happy!!

Dont purchase these. They don't work. They don't stay in your mouth while sleeping and when you try to return them it says they are non-returnable. Don't waste your money because you won't get it back.
