I am about 5’6” and 156 lbs, I ordered L and it is roomy but pretty good (I don’t like too tight clothes anyways). I could possibly wear M. But must say this is a quality vest, soft material, seems well sewn and zipper works good. I washed it in cool temp and let it air dry on a hanger. It is absolutely beautiful, not too thin material and lenght is perfect! I have a cheaper brand of these and it is size XL and smaller than this, material is thin and gets wrinkled and I was so glad to see THIS ONE, IT IS AMAZING if you’re used to cheap quality… Love it and want to order more!!!

I ordered the XL. I wanted it to fit in my shoulders but not be too tight or too loose. This size was perfect for that. I could have gotten a large, but it may have been a little tighter around my midsection. I would say this vest runs a little on the big side. However, if you order your regular shirt size, it’ll still fit amazing. The quality is great and it’s a very durable best! So glad I bought it!

Super cute! Great color lighter weight so you can wear it in all types of weather. Fits to size well. The zipper is really light weight and I’m scared it will break but other than that its great.

SIZE UP! No kidding! I sized up and could have possibly done better with TWO sizes up.What's good: 1. The color is fine. 2. The fabric is OK. 3. I like that I can gather at the waist to add shape.What's not Great: 1. The length. I'm 5'7" and it would have been sent back (might still return it..undecided) due to length if not for the fact that I am wearing a top with it that is longer making it not so bad. 2. The zipper. It works but you might do well to add some graphite if you plan to zip/unzip it often. It does not slide easily and does not seem sturdy enough to withstand the force needed to make it work. 3. The cost. 4. No zip or snap pocket closures. Anything you put inside can/will fall out.UPDATE! I sent this vest back and ordered the Beyove Womens Lightweight Sleeveless Military Anorak Vest that has a hood in the same size and it is longer. It cost a little more but I think it looks nicer.

I bought this so I don't have to carry a purse. I put my stuff in the pockets and wear it like a jacket when it's too warm for a jacket. The material is sturdy but soft. I've gotten lots of compliments. I wear it everyday, which is probably extreme, but it works for me. Mine is black. I might get another one in another color.

Very poor, typical Chinese quality item. You wash it one time and it shrinks so much that the zipper gets all curly and doesn’t close anymore. Horrible fit. Wish I can return it but I’m out of the window. I don’t encourage anyone to buy this.

Just received the vest yesterday. I was very excited about how quickly it came. It is a very well made very nice great material vest. Definitely a lighter weight but still exactly what I wanted. Nice big Pockets it fits well it's the length I wanted. Thrilled with my purchase I may have to buy another one

I'm 5' 2", short waisted, 115 lbs and long legs for my height. I bought a medium. The fit is roomy, which is OK. Since it's 100% cotton I may be able to shrink it if I want to. I cinch the waist to give it some shape. The waist is very short. It looks OK on me since I am petite with a short waist and long legs for my small stature, but I would have prefered a waist that wasn't quite so short. The zipper seems decent. As for the pockets, they are ample but do not snap or secure. The "snap" is just is decoration so the pocket flap just hangs over the pocket opening. I would have preferred at least a snap closure. Lightweight, no lining. Color is fine....a dark army green. Waist string is way to long but easy to snip. Overall a 3. Nothing to write home about but functional and can be worked with if you have a patterned scarf with some army green color.

size way off. I would have to lose 100 lbs to fit into it.
