Honestly a great workout for your jaw, but if you have a small mouth like me the size is a little too big, making it suction on the inside of my cheeks and messing with my gag reflex. Otherwise it's super sturdy and great for a jaw workout!

I use this whenever I'm just watching TV or not doing anything productive, i haven't noticed a difference in my face; however, it gets sore when using. So I'm unsure if it actually works or not, but I'll keep on trying.

I had a pretty disappointing experience with the TEAWOO 9PCS Jaw Exerciser set. The idea of having multiple resistance levels sounded useful, but the actual products didn’t live up to that promise. The silicone pieces feel awkward in the mouth, and even after trying the beginner level, it was uncomfortable enough that I didn’t want to keep going. The sizing feels off and doesn’t sit naturally between the teeth, which made the whole process feel more like a strain than a workout. The different resistance levels also didn’t seem very consistent. Some pieces were either too stiff right away or too soft to feel meaningful. Instead of feeling like I was gradually building strength, it just felt random and unpleasant. After a couple of uses, I started noticing minor jaw soreness that didn’t feel productive at all, more like irritation from poor design. The set includes plenty of pieces, but the quantity doesn’t make up for the lack of quality. The instructions were also vague, offering very little guidance on how long to use each level or how to progress safely. Overall, this kit feels uncomfortable, unhelpful, and not something I’d recommend to anyone looking to improve their jawline or facial muscles. It ended up being more hassle than benefit.

These work! I’ve seen a lot of these jaw exercisers and can confirm that this on worked well for my husband and myself!
