I ordered the 4-Pack 962XL ink cartridges for my HP OfficeJet Pro 9010, but unfortunately, they did not work with my printer. I first tried installing just the yellow cartridge, but the printer would not recognize it at all. Since the printer wouldn’t even detect one cartridge, I couldn’t move forward with using the rest of the set.After doing some research, I found out that HP has recently updated their firmware to block third-party cartridges, which is likely why these won’t work. It’s disappointing because the product looked like a good deal, but in the end it was completely unusable for me.If possible, I would like to return these for a refund. If you have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 (or a similar model), I would recommend double-checking compatibility before purchasing.
