Great computer. Size is great for traveling and able to pull it out and work from anywhere! Light weight and durable. Accessories are nice as well! Battery life is good! Touch screen works great. Great value for the money! Would recommend and definitely buy again.

overall is nice but the running speed has a bit of delay. slightly slower than my expectation in terms of operation speed.

I wish i could give this negative star. The device, the seller, and Amazom. ALL NEGATIVE STARS!!!The device itself is slow, apps always froze, constantly glitching. Coud not even use to write papers. In the middle of writing emails and it would force me to the home screen. Entirety the worst device I've ever purchased. A $60 phone has more capability then this device. Tried to return and was toled it require a UPS pickup. They never came. I tried to take it to a UPS store. however, amazon doesn't give you the label when it's required to be picked up. I was given the UPS customer service number, but when I called them, I was told in a long winded answer that they couldn't help me. Spent several hours with amazon's customer service message system. Still didn't get anywhere. Now it looks like, because I can't get any help to return the crome book, I won't get the refund and can't put that money to a device that I can actually use. VERY STRONGLY UNSATISFIED!!!

I was looking for something to fit easily in my bag and easy to carry around. The touch is great comes with the pen. Quality of the screen is amazing,you can adjust the brightness. It is functioning great but battery could last longer.

Love this beast. Works well with my phone and GoPro.

Haven’t used the product yet, but so far customer service has been terrible! When I received the Chromebook this morning, I opened it to check everything and charge it for my daughter to use Christmas morning. I couldn’t find the stylus 🤦🏻‍♀️ my husband eventually found it inside the Chromebook itself lol when I thought it was missing, Samsung pushed me to Amazon and Amazon pushed me off on Samsung. My only option was to return and buy again, losing my sale price AND having to wait until after Christmas to receive a new one. No one could just send me a replacement stylus. Samsung tried to SELL ME A STYLUS, but didn’t have a replacement. Make that make sense. As long as my daughter is satisfied with the quality of the laptop, I will keep it. But this will be my last Samsung purchase.
