This neck massager seems to be made well and it's nice to have a regular plug on it instead of just a USB cable. There are four "prongs" that come off the neckpiece to massage the neck and upper shoulders. If you want a closer fit, you can stick your hands in the staps that hang down in the front to press these prongs closer to your skin. I don't care for that, but my husband does. All and all, we feel that the massage provided by this little gadget is fairly intense. Depending on your personal preference, you may or may not enjoy this. My family is split on it. If you want a deeper massage, this is the one for you!

The massager is easy to operate, and it uses an AC adapter to plug into a standard outlet. That was a pleasant surprise since a lot of products have started using a Type C USB cable, so I'm glad that wasn't the case with this massager.The design allows the massager to wrap around your neck, but it's a little bulky. When you're wearing it, you have tilt your head down because it won't allow you to keep your head in a normal upright position. It's a little awkward and slightly uncomfortable, but it's manageable.There are two massage modes with three levels of intensity, and there is also a heat feature. The heat was somewhat subtle in my opinion, but the massage was anything but. It offers deep penetration and really works the muscles thoroughly, to the point where it might be a little painful for some people. I think it will depend on your tolerance for any discomfort that a massage of this strength might involve, and it will also depend on the reason for your pain. If you are simply suffering from tense muscles, then this will probably be a great source of relief for you. If you have some sort of injury, this might not be the right treatment method due to the intensity.

It didn't came with the cable to be able to plug it. The zipper was missing a part to couldn't get it open. Very disappointing. Luckily I had one cable that fit but to my surprise the massager just didn't work. It just vibrated a little. No movement or anything and about 3min it just stopped working all together. This was supposed to be a gift for my mom but was very disappointed
