This product does what it says on the tube! I cancelled my six monthly hygiene visit after using this for a while. I believe it helps stop plaque.

This isn't the end all be all to your plaque reduction needs, so if you use this for 3-4 weeks and there is no noticeable change then I recommend seeing a professional (dentist). Through my experience with this product it does indeed help with plaque reduction so I would say that it is a quality product and worth the money; as for sensitivity the product doesn't aggregate/ affect my teeth or gums.
