Where's my thermostat
This grill is nearly ready for it's first meal. After the initial burn off, I noticed that they're is not a thermostat to be found on this equipment. Strike One. Now to get ready for cooking to see how it performs. I's nice and heavy and appears to be well built, but where's my thermostat? If I like the way it cooks, I can install my own thermostat , but where's my thermostat. That should be standard stuff for something like this. Just finished eggs, sunny side up and bacon. Performed well.

Great little side burner/griddle
Heats up fast, cooks clean griddle performs well. Sturdy. I have use the side burner and griddle. I wouldn't cook a steak as you cant cook it covered. Side shelf works well at blocking the wind when using the burner. BEWARE THIS ITEM CANT BE RETURNED. You probably need work with the manufacturer if you have issues. Instructions are pretty basic as there is no real assembly diagram but its not complicated if you have used a grill.

What a great unit!!!
This is an awesome unit. I cook my hash browns, peppers and onions, and eggs all on the flat top. It is also looks great for a summer kitchen to keep the heat of cooking a stove top dish and burgers on flat top. Greater value for the money. A little cumbersome to transport but I used the box it came in. We really enjoyed using it while camping as we 10 to feed breakfast and dinner. Easy to assemble.

EXCELLENT With Small Caveats
Just gotta start by saying how much I love this little grill. It's replaced our gigantic Backstone which I always felt was too large. I love how this can sit atop any stand you already have + we could take it on camping trips. Highly recommend buying a prep stand from Costco or Sam's club. The heat / BTUs have been excellent and I find the lowest setting is more than enough power for what I'm grilling. Improvements I'd Like to See: -(2nd image) The 2nd drip hole is far too small and should be larger. The hole in the griddle above is much larger / oval shaped, so I'm unsure why there's a smaller one leading into the drip-pan. Vegetable matter gets caught in this "in-between" zone all the time. -(3rd image) The drip receptacle could have been much bigger. It only takes up the front half, but there's empty space all the way to the back of the unit that could have been part of the drip pan. This is important for clean up when you're flushing the griddle with water. It's too small and overflows quickly. -The ignite switch is manual / not battery so it make take a few presses to get all the burners online. -The burners on the griddle side are hard to see because there's a piece of metal blocking your view from the front. Paired with the manual ignite switch this makes it a bit annoying to tell if you've got a fire going yet. -The enamel coating was damaged on the grill grate, and on the griddle side it leaves a bad chemical taste on food for a few cycles. Be sure to scrub it good before eating what you cook. -The cover on the grill side is a weird design choice. Opens to the left and super flimsy. I don't get why they didn't just use the same front-to-back mechanism on the griddle side. It's way more substantial. Even with these caveats I'm sold! I love this thing.

Hooked up to RV with my quick connect hose. Other end on hose screws on to grill.
Great. Griddle is same surface as your stove top. Durable and easy to clean. Even heat. Grill also handy, pots work well on rack
