I bought this in October 2024 and it stopped working. Advice how to send it back to you to get this fixed

Used it for the first time today. So far so good. So I thought I would go back on amazon and order another one for my son. Managed to get it cheaper from another shop on here. But my sons has come with a blade cover and a cup cover which is so much better. I wish I hadn't used mine now and sent it back as the one I bought for my son was far a better deal. Hay i guess you live and learn !!

This pink color is not really the same as shown in pic, the pic showing is glowing lighter pink but the product actually is dull darker pink color. Overall should be good, i bought a different color before and i like this product very much. Buying this coz of its color.
