I am amazed by this product! I have always hated my hair when it air dries because it dried into a big frizzy ball but in just two short weeks of using this product my hair is looking amazing when I let it air dry. It still has some frizz but it is getting better each day. I use Flawlessly straight Shampoo and Conditioner along with the Extra Strength Serum.

First of all I thought this was a leave in conditioner but it's not. But that's my fault for not reading it well. I love the smell. When I let my hair air dry it actually seems fluffier with this conditioner and a little more curly. I haven't used it with the blow drier yet, so I'm still giving it 4 stars because I think there's some potential. So many people raved about this conditioner and I don't know if it's really worth all they hype.

This shampoo does what it says. I have wavy hair that I allow to air dry. It cleans well and moisturizes my dry hair. Wonderful product

I love this brand I’ve been using it for the last 4 years. It really works and make my hair soft and shiny and all the frizz disappears even if the humidity is 100%

Not sure what happened, but seems like they changed the formula when they changed the packaging, and I don't love it like I used to. I really hate when companies take something great and make it bad! It now makes my head itch when I use it.
