Excellent part, arrived next day after ordering part just after 3pm the day before. Great price saved me ££££.

Failed after 3 months
Bought this and installed in August23. It replaced the original 6 year old manufacturer plastic valve which disintegrated.At first all was good but after just 3 months it has failed.Contacted the seller to notify them of the failure but their response is that it's not a diverter valve! Really?The seller in my opinion is trying to not take responsibility for supplying faulty sub standard parts.This cartridge was installed by a gas safety registered boiler engineer but Hanicks is telling lies saying it wasn't. The owner is a liar and is doing everything they can not to replace or refund.Don't buy from this company. Use your local plumbing merchant
