So far this pre-work doesn't work much on a gym enthusiast like me at 71. It makes my ear hot and red. So I reduce tho half a spoon given.

What I was expecting?1. Explode in energy level like when we take soda drink with caffeine.2. A type of strength like u get when u are angry and u surpass reps by 30to40% without any pain.3. No tiredness after even 1 hour of workout.What I got.1. I did not get point 1and 2(those were the things I was looking).2. After 1 scope 15mins later body started itching.3. Only benefit was, I did not feel tired even after completing the workout.Usually u feel energy less after workout and feels like taking a short nap. But I did not feel that even after 6 hours.But worst u won’t get the anger pump using this supliment. It makes it useless for me.I have to give same amount of time to break my muscles and 50% of time I fail.
