Disappointed

I'm so disappointed in my purchase with this double screen for my kids. It came in one of the screens was cracked and to be quite honest almost seems and feels like it came used? Definitely not what I expected to pay for. Hoping to get it returned and purchase another one that is not defective and or used. Pay attention to what you guys are buying. There are some sketchy things on this internet.
