Big and Tall Executive Office Chair (Brown)

This was one of the few chairs of its type I could find that had retractable arm rests - most don't seem to - and so I was pleased to find that the chair itself too is very comfortable, hard-wearing, and easy enough to adjust, albeit the adjustments are quite limited. Didn't take long to put together, but also probably quicker as a two-person job. I use it on a hard surface and it glides very well.

Beautiful chair, very easy to put together (under ten minutes). Really good value. Comfortable in use, easy to set to your requirements. Very happy customer. P.S. all tools included in pack, saves looking for anything.

Arm rests have cracked / torn within the warranty period. Seller has not responded and Amazon's "Report" button doesn't work. This was not a cheap product. Amazon have not honoured the warranty.

The chair firm but very comfy, it is easy to put together, I just needed a bit of help to put the back on.

This is even better than the pictures. It looks so expensive and stylish.

Only bought in May, the seat has collapsed. Don't believe the statement "The cushion is made of upgraded sponge and 20 independent spring packs with higher density, better elasticity and stronger rebound, making the office more comfortable!" The seat has colapsed on the right hand side and is uncomfortable to sit in. My last one lasted 3 years, this one has not lasted 6 months.

Do not buy this chair, after about a week of use I can feel the springs digging into my butt. It does not have enough padding between the spring and foam layer. I had hoped for souch better, I've no idea why companies waste their time developing products only for them to suck.

Purchased in November 2024 and the air rod has now failed. I have tried replacing with a new rod but it isn't a typical design and the two parts won't come out to enable a similarly sized air rod to be inserted.

I am absolutely delighted with this high-back executive office chair, which combines luxurious comfort with professional elegance. I will update on the long term durability but this chair was the easiest to put together of any chair I've bought in the past. It took longer to unwrap the parts than to put it together. It comes with the bolts in their own labeled compartments and a nice t-handle allen wrench, which is the only tool required. The padding is similar to that of a dentist chair, pretty stiff but I don't think it will sag, fully reclined with the footrest out, it feels just like being in a dentist chair. My only criticism would be that the height adjustment is pretty limited. It's high enough for a desk but it doesn't go high enough for a low countertop. Well worth the $160.

Good but doesn't last. The material is shredding itself less than 2 years in and it's the creakiest chair ever.

Detailed Review. I really wanted to like this product. It looks good in person, as expected by the pictures. You get what you see. But sadly, and like most products these days, it’s cheap and lacks in quality. Just another cheap product for the masses. The bolstering (edge) cushions are quite literally non-existent. You can pinch the cushions down to a few millimetres with almost no pressure. Absolutely terrible quality. No idea why they would put such little effort into this part of the seat. The cushions under the quilted portions are not bad, they are acceptable. But the lack of cushioning in the bolstering means you can rock back and forth on the seat. If they only added more cushioning to the rest of the chair, it would be fine. The armrests could use more padding as well. It’s ok, but I can imagine after a few uses this part becomes less than desirable too. This leads to the structure. The seat definitely wobbles. (I’m 5’11, 210 lbs). It lacks rigidity. It may be fine for smaller people. Set up was easy. 10-15 min job. And everything required is supplied. The seller plays with the price frequently and acts like the regular price is a “Lightning Sale”. Lol. Just wait and watch the price. They jack it up, then drop it again for a “sale”. Overall, I cannot recommend this product. It has potential, but the deficiencies are not worth the price. I returned the product 60 minutes after setting it up. It hurt my back after 15 minutes of use too. The 2 Stars is only because it’s looks good and is easy to setup. It’s a long review, but I hope it helps people decide. Cheers.

I have used the chair for long enough that I can write an honest review. I regret to say that I'm really not satisfied with it, particularly with the lack of padding, especially on the arm rests and cushion. I work full time on this chair and also spend my off time in it as it's used as my primary computer chair. After sitting in it for long periods of time, I begin feeling uncomfortable and need to add pillows beneath me to compensate for this. The left arm rest padding is especially lacking. I tend to lean on that side and it has indented the padding in such a way that I'm leaning on the metal bar that the arm is made out of. This of course is very uncomfortable. The arms also frequently become loose and I have to constantly tighten them. Needless to say, this was ncredibly disappointing. I contacted customer service and they were able to make this right. The quality of their customer service was very solid and I'm pleased with the transaction over all.
