The only problem is that is is a little too flexible. The last thing you want on a barbell or a set of dumbells when you're lifting is for these grips to begin moving but after a while you get used to where you need to put your hands and there no problems at all. Ill say they could make this product a little bit wider for bigger hands but then again you get what you pay for.
