A huge, full color book that was printed and bound in Germany. It has cooking instructions, kitchen encyclopedia, and over 500 recipes. A truly wonderful book. The Contents is broken into two General sections: The Cook's Kitchen Bible and American Home Cooking. Each Contents section has between 9 & 11 specific sections for quick reference. It's Classic Cooking at its best.

This is the most fun, very best, most comprehensive and easy to follow cooking masterpiece. I pick it up every day and can't get enough of it. And I've been cooking for decades. I like it so much I have ordered two more to give as gifts.

This is a good book I have bought others, but this one is best and has more current recipes. I like these kind of instructional books for food I haven't made and it has pictures of everything.

This is a fantastic cook book, including pictures for those of you who need a visual like myself. It has awesome recipes and you can't beat the price through amazon. I bought mine used and it arrived as if brand new. I highly suggest this book for anyone who likes to cook.
