Really pleased with this machine , had a few ice makers and paid over a £100, this one for £65 is by far the best, choice of ice size large or small , has a self cleaning function , small and compact , and produces ice so quickly , best ice maker I’ve had , highly recommend

Great machine. Works well. When opening up the lid, you'll notice white sticky tape holding the scoop down, the basket in place and an extra piece stuck up inside the ice dropping area on the plastic flap that pushes the ice forward. Make sure you remover it carefully without damaging the components. I only saw it by chance. I can imagine the mechanism breaking if switched on and the tape isn't removed. See the red arrow in my photo where you'll find the extra bit of tape. You'll need small hands to get in there too. Gently does it.Apart from that, very pleased with the machine. It's going in the caravan where it will be used the most.

Simple to use , really fast . Has a decent amount of ice .run the cycle twice and enough for an ice bucket

I'm a Texan who relocated to the UK and this little machine is one of my favorite things in the kitchen! It makes ice cubes quickly, and it has to because I keep it working all day. If you're not used to the noise of an ice machine it'll take some getting used to (for me, it makes me feel at home). Keep in mind that if you leave the ice cubes in it's tray too long they will warp together and you'll have one mini block of ice. I dont mind but something to keep in mind if you only have very narrow drinking glasses.

Has stopped working will not freeze only 4 months old very disappointed
