Very misleading description. O/5. Do not buy

The description for this product seems a little bit different to how the device actually works, You will still need to be either in line or slightly above the guttering in order to use it, as it has limited extendability.The item is also not telescopic - however, you can make it smaller (or longer) by adjusting how many pieces you screw together (there are four in total).Aside from the above the item is pretty well built and does reduce the amount of ladder manoeuvring needed to clear out the guttering without one, but in all honesty, it's nothing a broom or a brush couldn't do.2/5 - Helps a little but overall poor experience, not as described and serious improvement needed.

First off, the pole for this gutter cleaner is not telescopic. It's four lengths that screw together, so you can make it up to differing lengths by altering the number of pieces you use.Secondly, the pictures on the listing are a more accurate depiction of how this can be used than the written description. To use it, you need to be above the gutter, so it doesn't remove the need for ladders.On the plus side, it's reasonably well-made and seems fairly tough; and it does reduce the amount I had to move the ladder along on the ground to clear the gutter.Overall, I'd say If I'd seen and handled the tool in a shop, I wouldn't have bought it, and would only recommend if you want the reach given the limitations.
