I chose this Kinesiology Tape from GTAGKOMMEN because it looked very versatile for taping up injuries and using over other types of bandages. The tape has a backing that is gridded to allow clean looking cuts in order to stay on better and give better support than using the tape straight. I tried several of the cut patterns shown on the listing.The 4 strip fan was very helpful in using the tape on the palm of my hand. I used this design on the thumb end of the tape and the split center on the pinky side of the tape. I also found since the tape has a backing I could spool off a small amount and take it without taking the whole role.When applying the tape the more complicated the pattern, the more likely I was to turn the tape back on itself. I could get it flattened back out but that area didn’t stay secured after about an hour. I also noted a slight color change after removing. The areas where I was able to achieve the tape more easily, stayed on until I took it off.I was pleased with the different colors and the kinesiology tape. Each roll is 65ft long. That seemed like a lot but the rolls aren’t as big as I expected. The price for 3 rolls at the time of this review is $7.19. I think this is a good value. I like the grid on the backing for a neat straight pattern for different difficult areas. My rating is 5 Stars.

I've used this type of tape before and wanted to get some to have on hand in case I pull a muscle or something. Well, a co worker of mine pulled his trap muscle yesterday and I brought a roll in to slap on him to help relieve that pain. He never heard of kinetic tape before but now he wants to get some incase he needs it again. Great product, will buy again if I need more.
