The item showed up very quick. It arrived in a couple shipments just like the description said and everything was included. It is simple to set up but anyone who has ever had a trampoline with a net knows the net part is time consuming. The trampoline is nice and the kids love it.

I don’t normally write reviews. I have had this trampoline for almost a year now. Had an issue with the frame which I figured would be on me to fix I have had several trampolines over the last 15 years and at this point I probably could assemble and dismantle them with my eyes closed. They really only last so long! If I were reviewing this trampoline alone I would say it’s an adequate trampoline. Stands up to Mother Nature as much as it can, sturdy and my kids enjoy it! But wow to their customer service, it was so excellent that I had to come on here and share. If you’re on the fence I would definitely buy this trampoline just based on how great their service is. They emailed me back within 6 hours and shipped me parts at no charge and they arrived very Quick. My kids are back to bouncing their energy out! They definitely stand by their product!

The trampoline was a little more difficult to put together than expected we did need a mallet and a few other tools that were not shipped with the product. We had 4 of us assemble it and it took 4 hours. It has a lot of parts and instructions were sometimes confusing. The trampoline is fantastic and provides hours of entertainment for my whole family.

This trampoline turned out pretty good for our son! He loves the net and the basketball hoop so much that the sprinkler just ends up being a cherry on top. It was a little wonky at first on construction, but we noticed the tension from springing up the trampoline helped it all come together the right way, and it took about 3-4 hours with me and my wife. It comes in 2 separate boxes altogether.We were missing the 2 steps for our ladder, so I had to reach out to their customer service for them, and they had no problem sending us new pieces (albeit, without the screws needed to screw them into the ladder) that took about 2 weeks to show upThe only other problem we had was that the net broke after the first time zipping it, or the 6th tooth from the bottom just wasn't there in the first place, so reattaching would just make it split up on hitting that tooth, and they remedied this with a $20 credit, which is fine, but kind of a pain, considering it's 40 minimum for a new one on Amazon, and they could've just sent a new net.Overall, it's a nice trampoline, and the customer service were as helpful as they could be with the missing parts, so I appreciate them for that, just wish they could've done more for a net that seemed to be messed up when it arrived.

Thankfully, they managed to jump off in time and escape injury. However, the incident highlights a serious flaw in the product's design or manufacturing. It is absolutely unacceptable for a trampoline to break so easily, particularly within such a short period of use.While I understand that accidents can happen and even the best products can occasionally fail, the fact that this trampoline broke within just one day raises significant concerns about its quality and safety standards. It leaves me wondering if the manufacturer prioritized cost-cutting over ensuring a durable and secure product for children's use.I contacted customer service immediately to report the issue and express my concern. Their response was prompt and they offered a refund, but that does little to alleviate the disappointment and the potential danger my children faced. The safety risks associated with a defective trampoline are simply too high to ignore. I bought this trampoline in September of 2023. In March 2024 one of our bars bent making the trampoline unusable. I got on line to contact Lyromix and was super disappointed to find out there was no contact number just email. I just thought I was going to get the run around but I have to say I was completely wrong. They responded to the email promptly. I was sent a new bar to replace the broken bar as well. Then when I took the trampoline down so I could reassemble it with the new bar I noticed another piece had broken. Once again I was emailed back promptly and sent the additional piece that was damaged. I got my replacement parts in a week from emailing the company. I'm very satisfied with the product and customer service that was given. This is my trampoline reassembled with the new parts back together for the kids to play on!!
