I love this. I very rarely write a review, but this really deserves one. I use this along with flossing and the incidental brushes and after three months I returned to the dentist and my teeth checked and he was amazed that the deep pockets I had at the between my back teeth were no longer there. I have recommended this to several friends. It taste really nice too!

I have not noticed a difference yet, but I do say that this oil polling is very easy to do and does not cause any issues. I have tried oil pulling before, and maybe it is the consistency of the other oils, but it almost causes you to have a weird reaction like mind over matter? This is easy and has a great cinnamon taste and will continue to use it.

I love this brand but I find their mint flavour to be more effective at whitening and making teeth feel clean. My breathe is way more fresh using the mint one and last that way for longer. The flavour of this one is good too

it tastes good, it helps keep my breath fresh all day, and it feels like my teeth has less plaque now 👍
