This turned out really cool. You can still see the special pieces in the finished product which I love. Great to display. Only took me a day and I was missing no pieces.

I am a HUGE Lord of the Rings fan and was thrilled to find these puzzles. Not only am I a fan of the books/movies, but I love wooden puzzles like this so it was immediately a must have. I found putting this LotR puzzle together to be very relaxing and calming. The colors are bright and vibrant and the details are crisp and clear. This puzzle has a very clear color definition so it is easy to work on sections of the puzzle at a time. Ironically, I found it easiest to work from the middle out as the white pieces are so easy to spot. This is the perfect puzzle to work on with a friend, partner or child as you can split it up between the two of you. The wooden pieces go together nicely and feel smooth to the touch. My favorite thing about this puzzle is finding the special Lord of the Rings pieces inside including favorite characters, weapons, and other items. This is a 205-piece puzzle, but it is not as easy as it looks. Some sections of the puzzle have the pieces resting against each other and they never really interlock. That means the puzzle cannot be moved while you are working on it or you will have to do it again. The unique puzzle pieces keep you guessing as you put it together and pushed my brain to come up with new puzzle-assembling ideas. We had a lot of fun putting this puzzle together and look forward to doing it again!The puzzle comes in a nylon draw-string bag inside a wooden box. The pieces all fit inside the box, but they don't fit well in the bag or the box so it is best to choose 1 or the other as your storage container. The puzzle also includes a clear plastic sheet you can use to glue the puzzle to if you want to keep it and hang it on your wall. There are no instructions included, but I am assuming that is what it is for. The box the puzzle arrives in is nice enough that you don't need to purchase a separate gift box. This puzzle would make a fun Christmas present for someone who loves fantasy, Tolkien, the Lord of the Rings movies and/or enjoys puzzles. It is good quality and a fairly good value.

205-piece puzzle of one of the most iconic and gorgeous scenes from the epic LOTR films by Peter Jackson. The description here says it's for ages 12 and up but the box says 13+. Obviously, puzzles like this are not for very young children as the pieces could be a choking hazard.The wood pieces are solid quality, definitely a step up from the cardboard puzzles I've done in the past. I didn't find the puzzle particularly difficult as there's quite a range of colors in the scenery. No pieces came damaged, although there were a few where the color seemed a bit off around the edges (probably from the cutting process).It comes in a wooden box with a bag to hold the puzzle pieces. This is a nice touch as it's so easy to lose a piece when they're just kept loose.I'd definitely recommend it for LOTR or puzzle fans.

I'm a LotR fanatic, so of course I had to jump on a wood puzzle! Beautiful puzzle, perfect for gifting.

I got a few different wooden laser cut puzzles from Crafthub with LOTR pictures, and even though each puzzle had a different picture printed on them, the pieces and shapes were all cut into the same pattern. That left me a little bit let down, I felt that was kind of lame. The puzzles are a little too easy and the images aren't great. The clarity was bad, and it looked like the image was a screen shot taken from online then transferred onto the puzzle. There are a few scorch marks burned into some of the pieces. Overall, there is a lot that is left to be desired.

I want to love this product but there are several things that keep it from being excellent.First of all, several pieces in the box were chipped. I don't think this counts as defective rather just indicative of the products quality. The imperfections are small but present throughout the puzzle.Another problem is with piece fit. Oftentimes with these wooden shaped piece puzzles, as you're building you encounter piece fits that are just pushed together with no locking, but as you build you eventually lock everything together. In this puzzle, there are a couple spots where things never lock. They're not to the point where you could slide the entire section away but there are large seams that never join even once the puzzle is finished.The ultimate problem though is laziness. Some of the shaped pieces are, let's say uninspired. Not one but two helmets by themselves. A shapeless sword that is probably an orc sword but is just a machete. And the kicker TWO IDENTICAL Gandalf pieces (see picture).There's a lot to ALMOST love here, but the experience fell short of expectations.

I really enjoyed this puzzle through and through. The fact that it's Lord of the Rings just makes it all the more appealing. The pieces fit snugly together, boasting clear prints and vibrant colors. The figurine pieces are crafted with precision, adding an element of excitement as they integrate seamlessly into the larger picture. Conveniently packaged in a reusable mesh bag, it also includes a poster for reference. While assembly leans towards the easier side, it still presents enjoyable challenges along the way. Its appeal extends beyond fans of LOTR, making it a rewarding experience for all. The rundown ...Quality -- Excellent. Great craftsmanship. 5/5Utility -- Challenging, but too much.
