I use it for Nordic curls
Really good foam and vinyl. Like others have said, the bolt is not 5/8, but likely 14mm. Wish it was a solid 5/8 pin with a quick release safety pin. Still it works great and good value. Stability is solid once the nut is finger tight.

It fits ok on the rig, but does not seem sturdy especially when you load with dumbbells.

This is exactly what I needed for Bulgarian split squats. It fit perfectly on my Rogue fitness half rack and extremely sturdy.

Good value for split squat
Solid construction. Note the threaded rod is in metric, not imperial if you are looking for a star nut or something to speed up unscrewing. Roller material is nice.

Sloppy fit for 1โ holes.
Product seems okay for the price, but the bolt is not a good fit for a true 1โ rack (Rogue). There is quite a bit of slop and the nut/washer and opposite mounting surfaces are too small and will most likely damage your rack if sufficiently torqued. Overall, they may be decent for metric racks (25mm), but I wouldnโt recommend for a Rogue or true 3x3โ with 1โ hole rack.

Heavy lat pulldowns here we come!
These are great for the price! I put them on a pair of spotter arms on my REP PR-5000. They are very firm foam and nice strong fabric. They also bolt in very securely with little wiggle once tightened. One minor tweak I did was put some duct tape around the black part that sits flush with the rack. This was just to keep the paint from getting scuffed. Enjoy your heavy lat pull down sets with these!
