What is the square foo coverage per pack?

You fill a Quart bottle. In a 2200 square foot home. We use it Daley . We lightly spray all carpet, fabric and pet areas. It last a month easily, so I would say with regular usage, 1 month. I was skeptical, but somehow it works well. Not perfect but certainly a noticeable improvement.

Does type of water matter? The instructions say to “add tap water” - however, is distilled water or filtered tap water ok?

I don’t think it would matter. I just tap water., and that works well. I spray my pillows a couple of times a week and haven’t had any issues at all.

How long does this take to dry if you spray your mattress and pillows ?

Hi...it does take a short amount of time but I spray probably more than I need. I usually turn the bed covers down about an hour before going to bed. This spray really helps me a lot. Good luck.

Can it be sprayed on leather furniture?

Yes you can we have a leather couch and we have sprayed it down
