Easy to set up. Worked first time!
The media could not be loaded. This item was really simple to set up and works great. In my case I wanted to cast my Iphone to the TV. Simply plug the device into a TV HDMI port. Supply the device with power from USB (it comes with the cord). In my case, my TV had a powered USB port also so I used that. Press the button on the device for 2 seconds to put it in direct mode. Then you simply find the device in your WIFI settings on your Iphone. Connect to that. Then you pull up mirror screening on your Iphone (swipe top right down on your Iphone) and connect. That's it. You are good to go. Note: This item will work with other devices as well such as Android, Mac, Windows, etc. but in my case I was using it for an Iphone. Very pleased with it.

just what i looking for !
i love the fact that this device uses USB-C for power! it uses the same USB-C cable that charge your cellphone! it's truely plug and play, i just plug this thing on the TV and USB-C cable for power. my Samsung Fold6, and Microsoft Surface Go4 see the device almost instantly and connect, and do screencast no problems!

Know your HDCP needs!!!!!!
This is all you will see in the description: "...mirror apps like Safari, Office, YouTube, Skype, Reddit, and other non-HDCP-protected apps." The critical information NOT stated is that High-definition Digital Content Protection (HDCP) apps such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Sling..., essentially ANY streaming service except YouTube, will simply not work with this device.

Works okay so far for PC and Android, with issues. Not great for streaming.
I got this to help me easily stream from my PC to my TV, and so far, it's working, although it wasn't super smooth and there are issues. First, connecting to my PC took a while. My PC couldn't seem to find it till I switched to DLNA and found it in "Add Bluetooth or other device," but it took forever to show up with Win+K. It did eventually, and with both DLNA (connected to router) and Direct Connect, it works, but it's not very smooth and in 1080p. The webpage says 4k, but that's just what it supports for input. It's only 1080p for output. I know that's common with display products, but I think it's a bit misleading to have 4K as the second word on the page for the product. My PC is about 15ft away from the TV with nothing in between, so that shouldn't be an issue. It seems to work fine with YouTube (even at 4K), but I tested Netflix and Disney+ and it didn't look good; sound was fine, but there were tons of graphical issues, making it basically unwatchable. It does work with my Android for sharing pics and videos from my gallery (although it didn't work the first time), but I don't stream from my phone, so I can't attest to that.In short, while this product may work with sharing YouTube, websites, and pictures, I wouldn't/couldn't use it for Movie/TV streaming and video games. I ended up just getting a super long HDMI cable for cheaper and I'm much happier with that investment. As long as you know what you're getting, this isn't a bad product, but I think for the price, I'm a bit disappointed.
