THIS PHONE IS DEFECTIVE: BUTTONS DO NOT WORK TO MAKE OUT-GOING CALLS, AUDIO HAS STATIC AND ALSO FADES, LINE TO PHONE OUTLET IS ONLY 20" IN LENGTH (TOO SHORT TO CONNECT!!!), BODY IS CHEAPLY MADE.Instead, I will have to use my old (1999) landline phone (with a 15" line) during my convalescence. I cannot return the phone while temporarily disabled. What a waste of time and money and a hassle.UPDATE: Within this store/seller's package materials was a note directing customers to contact the store/seller privately via their email address. Dislike the fact that this phone is not adaptable to a standard wall jack

Great phone. This phone is a bit heavier and stays put and feels nice in the hand. Also, there is a texture finish that adds a higher quality appearance and doesn't show finger prints. The sound is robust as well. Great product.
