For a single piece, it’s as tall as it could possibly be without being awkward in shoes.Maybe for high boots it could be taller…I’m not noticing much of a difference in height because I always cram at least two dr. Shaul pads into all of my shoes anyways, so this just feels like the same thing but in one solid pad.And they’re comfortable…

Impossible to put your foot inside when it’s already inside the shoe. It takes all the space. Then try to take it out… just awful.

It places your feet at an awkward, steep angle, placing a lot of pressure on the front of your foot & toes. This sets you up for plantar fasciitis, nerve damage, etc.. These problems can range from temporary discomfort to permanent structural changes in the foot.
