These days you never know how the quality of an item will be when you order something online, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received this product and how great the quality is. It came packaged neatly in the box and had easy to follow directions. Everything in the box was of great quality and well made. The product was easy to install. We have a well, so we bought this to try and filter out nitrates. We tested our water through this filter and the nitrates were gone! We can’t recommend this product enough … it’s high quality without any flaws!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this systems deserves my time. Install was easy with color coded lines and fittings. The YouTube video truly made it simple. I had no leaks after set up and still have not experienced any leaks. Water taste great! Thank you

I can’t say enough about this RO water system AND the company that stands behind it! During the winter of 2025 our drinking water in NJ started to taste like salt. We were told it was runoff from the roads… but it’s ok to drink! We didn’t feel safe so we drank bottled water… finally got tired of buying bottles- and overflowing recycling bins - I looked into a RO system. I found this on Amazon- it had great reviews, a company based in USA and it was a competitive price- all these are important to me! Well I installed the system in by basement, I made a hanging shelf from the ceiling under my refrigerator and plumbed it into my refrigerator. I used a boot tray as a drip tray/secondary container and framed the rest with 2x4s (See pic) the install was smooth and easy and within hours had GREAT tasting and SAFE drinking water! After a few months I started to notice a slow flow /pressure difference. I tried to troubleshoot it, (replaced filter ect) a bit but ended up calling the company since it had a 1 year warranty… well let me tell you- I am GLAD I bought this from THIS company isprings!!! Immediately a person in the USA (GA?) picked up the phone (without having to navigate through different menus) and they KNEW the system inside out. We went through a couple of troubleshooting techniques to try to pinpoint the root cause (maybe I spoke to Nick?) I tested a few things and called back after about a week or so- I then spoke to Sean at isprings who walked me through a couple of other things- pin pointed the problem and immediately sent out new parts! I received the parts within two days - installed a few days later and we are back in business! Once again, thankful I bought from a company who stands behind their product and have support in the USA with no language barriers or menu’s to work through when calling support…. Plus did I mention that the water tastes GREAT lol the water is so refreshing to drink compared to the refrigerator filter water… you won’t be let down!

Easy to install, the provided instructions are a color printed step-by-step easy to understand. Plus, you can watch video installation of this kit. Note - The faucet that came with the unit leaked immediately once installed. It's cheap and all competitors had the same type of small low grade faucet. I called iSpring and they shipped me out a beautiful replacement that was top quality. Got it and was very impressed. System is working fantastic and the water taste amazing! My parameters for most things that can be categorized as a health benefit are - Made in the United States and credible reviews for the product and service. Get one, you will love it!

Great system, easy install and start up. Water pressure to faucet is a little weak, probably due to unit installed in basement. The fastener for the RO faucet was missing, contacted customer support and spoke with Michele, she did an amazing job and send me the missing part free of charge.
