The media could not be loaded. It is the worst product ever. I spoke to Amazon executive on day 1 to place the return Pickup and to issue the refund. And i have been following up on daily basis - It's just not 1 day but almost for a month from jan 17 2025. Amazon service is pathetic. Im calling them daily to give me the refund. No one is coming to pick up the product. Amazon cares the less and its service representatives are way worse in handling the problems. They do not want to give a solution. They are neither able to convince the pick up person to take the product nor issue a refund. Amazon Representatives are daily they are saying the same things like parrot and cancelling the call on the face. I purchased 2 desktops and both are faulty products. I need refund.Here they are neither cancelling my extended warranty. Worst Service!

I had to change the product for which I had bought this warranty. Now the product is changed, but since there is no customer support or return for this warranty, this is good for nothing. I might have thrown some money down the drain and it would have had the same impact.My recommendation is to never buy this product; you will be wasting your money.

Don't buy extended policy they said others reasons
